Modern Slavery Statement

Effective Date: 17th September 2019

At Infinics Limited, we are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain. We fully support the objectives of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery or exploitation.

Who We Are

Infinics Limited is a UK-based provider of IT and telecoms solutions, including broadband, VoIP, and eSIM connectivity. While we operate primarily in the UK, we work with suppliers and service providers across the globe. We recognise the responsibility we have to uphold ethical labour standards, not just within our own company, but throughout our supply chain.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chain includes:

  • IT hardware and networking equipment suppliers
  • Global telecoms and infrastructure partners
  • Software vendors and cloud service providers
  • Independent contractors and support providers

We work with reputable partners and expect them to share our commitment to fair and ethical labour practices.

Our Policies

To combat modern slavery, we have the following in place:

  • Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
  • Employee Code of Conduct
  • Whistleblowing Policy
  • Supplier Code of Conduct

These policies are designed to ensure that all employees, suppliers, and partners act with integrity and transparency.

Due Diligence & Risk Management

We conduct checks on new suppliers, particularly those based in regions where labour standards may be at risk. Our procurement team is trained to identify red flags and to ensure contractual commitments are in place regarding anti-slavery standards.

We also carry out periodic reviews of high-risk areas in our supply chain and engage with suppliers to resolve any concerns that arise.

Training & Awareness

Key staff involved in supplier management and procurement receive training on identifying and responding to risks of modern slavery. We will continue to update our training as our business grows and evolves.

Our Commitment

We are committed to:

  • Continuously reviewing our practices and policies
  • Taking swift action if any violations or risks are identified
  • Promoting awareness within our company and wider network
